solution of surface active mixtures and auxiliary substances.
Application
KORYNT HB is industrial
cleaning agent replacing classic alkali cleaning agents. It is designed for cleaning motor
parts of vehicles, industrial machines, and other parts and devices in the
engineering and repair industry. It can be used for removing the applied and
contaminated cutting and machining emulsions and liquids from closed systems.
Properties of the product
KORYNT HB is low
viscosity liquid, miscible with water without limits. It can be produced in several colour shades as
required by the customer.
KORYNT HB does not
contain chlorinated hydrocarbons and other substances on the oil base.

KORYNT HB is miscible with warm and cold water
without limits.
Recommended dosage
Difficult surface to clean – dilution with water in ratio 1:3 to 1:5
Common cleaning – solution with water in ratio 1:10 to 1:50
After the
removal of applied and contaminated cutting and machining emulsions and liquids
from closed systems, KORYNT HB is
applied 8 to 24 hours before planned replacement in the machining liquid. Recommended concentration is 0.5 – 2
%.
Packaging, storage
KORYNT HB is available in
PE cans of 50 litre volumes or in other pre-agreed containers. It is stored in
closed containers in the locations protected from direct weather conditions. Recommended storage temperature is
+5 to +25 °C.
Transport
KORYNT HB is transported in covered transport vehicles not subject to ADR/RID.
Guarantee period
If the product is transported and stored according to
the above-mentioned conditions, the warranty is 6 months from the date of
warehouse delivery.
