The year 2005 has been important for the company from the view of safety, health protection and environment the company has gone through the audit EMS according to ISO 14001:2005 and in August has been this system certified by the company Eurocert in September 2005 has been by the Regional Authority approved the Programme of Prevention of the Company´s Serious Accident at the beggining of the year has the company passed through an integrated control according to law 353/1999, partial faults have been eliminated in the set terms

The implementation of the system of enviromental management, the fulfilment of procedures and tasks resulting from the Programme of Prevention of the Company´s Serious Accident and related internal documents and supervision of administrative bodies leads the company to furher improvement of the operation safety care, protection of health, property and environment. The company will compete for the declaration of right to use the logo of the programme Responsible Business in Chemistry (Responsible Care) in the year 2006.

The company Chemotex Děčín, a.s. and in cooperation with other companies, which operate in the object of the company, implements constantly its business activities in accordance with the legal framework regulating the area of safety, health protection and environment protection and with accordance of the principles of responsible business activities in chemistry.
